Sucesores de Pedro Dorta y Hermanos (Dorta Hnos) is a company mainly focused on the real estate sector in the Canary Islands. It was born more than 100 years ago initially dedicated to the industry and, later on, adapted its structure and purpose to the demands of the market.

Dorta Hnos began as a real estate promotor in 1995 with Residencial Los Molinos in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, built in the lot in which the old tannery factory owned by the family was placed. After the success of the project a team of professionals consolidated comprising different areas, from construction and reforms to real estate commercialization of own and other's properties. Later on, new lots and warehouses in Tenerife were purchased, as well as different dockings in Marina Rubicón in Lanzarote.

• Integral assistance: and management of any promotion and urban development, from lot's regularization and planning instruments processing to the building promotion itself, taking into account the legal authorization, as well as property transmission assistance.
